Our Training & Development Programmes, for families, are designed with your family, your circumstances and your individual responsibilities, in mind.
The aim is not to turn every family member into the same shooter. It is to help the family understand how to work together when something goes wrong, using trust, teamwork and communication.

HOW IT WORKS?
We send you a training needs analysis (TNA) questionnaire, via a Google Forms link, which will allow you to input your specific training goals, which allows us to better understand your training requirements, and develop your programme of training, in a progressive and structured way.
DURATION OF CLASS (HOURS).
You choose what duration you want your class to be:
- 4-hours
- 8-hours
NUMBER OF CLASSES (PER MONTH).
You choose how many classes per month, you want to train:
- 1 class
- 2 classes
- 3 classes
- 4 classes
DURATION OF DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME.
You choose how long you want your Training & Development Programme to last for:
- 1 month (renewable)
- 3 months (renewable & discounted)

Materials Needed
Weapons
> Your personal household firearms.
> Ammunition natures, and quantities will be dependent on your training and development programme.
clothing
> Normal daily attire (weather dependent).
> No open toed shoes/sandals/flip-flops.
> Please avoid wearing expensive clothing on the range, as there is a risk of it being ripped, torn, and/or damaged.
equipment
> Eye & Ear protection
> Holsters, mag holders and other weapon accessories that you train with.
> Water (we also supply a cool box with water and gatorade)
> Sunblock
> Mosquito repellant
> Lunch (if you are doing an 8-hour class)
