The course is designed with flexibility in mind and is suitable for Individuals and Teams from the following communities:
The course is primarily delivered from a "covert" or "low profile" and working in "plain clothes" perspective and is specifically related to urban/street environments.
However, it can be delivered in a more "military" context, depending upon your operational requirements.
Not being able to control 3rd party activities in your "fighting" environment, changes how you react in that environment and we "inject in" urban environmental factors, in order to replicate that, which adds that crucial element of realism to the Contact Drill.
We do NOT teach "J" Turns or Handbrake Turns, simply because it is rare that a busy urban street environment, will allow you the luxury of doing those evasive driving manoeuvres successfully.
Unless you can Drive Through or Reverse Out, of a Contact situation, your only other option is to debus from the vehicles and extract to a Safe Haven/ERV/Support Vehicles.
We also cover House/Building/Vehicle Takeovers as extraction/safe haven options.
Because of ever-changing global threats and the diverse mix of operating environments, we have deliberately redefined what constitutes a "Hostile Environment".
No longer can the "location" of where you are operating, make it a "Hostile Environment", it is the "nature" of your role and the consequences for you and your team, if under fire, captured or caught, that makes it "Hostile".
No longer can it simply be about Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya or Somalia; operating in Caracas or Juarez or even Belgrade can be "Hostile" and this course addresses that.
You will be taught how to fight your way out of violent situations.
You will conduct several variations of Live Firing Foot and Vehicle Contact Drills.
You will experience the challenges of extracting under LIVE FIRING conditions, in a purpose built "Street Scene" environment; where the normal confusion, noise and communication challenges are exacerbated, by not being able to physically see other Team Members, which changes the entire dynamic of a Team Contact Drill.
You will be put through numerous Hostile Environment Scenarios, where you will be given a Threat Picture and a Task.
You will operate as a Team.
Your soft-skills will be tested and you're not-so-soft-skills will be expected to show themselves at the appropriate times, which will be for you to decide when that is; we place a lot of emphasis on your ability to think for yourself and deal with a situation in the way that YOU believe it should be dealt with.
You will de-brief your own scenarios.
You will also be put through uncomfortable and cringingly awkward Conflict Management Scenarios, where Role Playing "characters" will not make it easy for you.
You will be taught our self-developed and unique "Surveillance Survey" procedure, which will concentrate on how to identify Surveillance Triggers and Box Locations, in order to identify where a Surveillance Team may set up on you or your Team.
During the Course, you will cover the following:
Your Hostile Environment Training MUST contain Live Firing Contact Drills; AIRSOFT just does NOT cut it and does NOT accurately address the realities of a Live Firing engagement.
The course is conducted at ESA Poland.
The course price is INCLUSIVE of Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Meal, Airport Transfers, Accommodation and all Weapons and Ammunition. There are no other hidden costs.

The locations where we conduct this course, is ideal for a short family break, where you can train with us on the Range during the day and be with your family in the evening. We will arrange accommodation for you and your family at no extra cost.
The course ends on a Saturday afternoon and we organize an end of course social, on the Saturday evening, which usually goes on into the wee small hours of the morning and is a great way to end 7 long days on the Range.
