The tactical challenges of a street-scene environment are endless – you just need to think about what a normal street environment looks like, and then add in the application of tactics, to understand the complexities involved.
Clearing a Street, inside a Mall, or through the endless corridors and hallways of an expansive building, requires fluid and dynamic risk assessment, in order to identify vulnerabilities.
It is only once these vulnerabilities have been identified, can we then start to think about what tactics to deploy, in order to mitigate them.
This 2-day course covers:
> Dynamic use of cover.
> Threat acquisition
> Fire & movement (individual & team)
> Weapon manipulation techniques
> Ant-gun grab techniques
> Communication procedures
> Cornering (wide & narrow angles)
> Negotiating blind spots (doorways, alleys, dead ground)
> Negotiating and management of pedestrians/by-standers.
> Operational planning
> Briefing & de-briefing of your operational plan.
You will be put through force-on-force exercises, using sim-munition, before going live on the Street range.
Dependent upon the composition of your team, you will progress from individual, through 2-man and 4-man team drills.

> Armed Executive Protection Agents
> Military Units
> Law Enforcement (SWAT, Sheriffs Departments, DEA, ATF, HRT)
