course description

The course is five, intensive, days of carefully selected tradecraft and mechanics, specifically designed to prepare you for deployments to hostile environments. The course will cover numerous skills, subjects and techniques, in order to provide you with more effective, realistic and flexible tactical “response options” to situations that you will encounter when deployed.

The course is designed to provide flexible, appropriate and proportionate, response “options” that reflects your unique operational requirements.

Whether you are operating from soft-skin vehicles, civilian armored vehicles (CAV) or military vehicles, we will put you through dynamic, live firing, foot and vehicle, contact drills.

Our purpose-built, “Street Scene” 360 degree range, allows us to plan and conduct realistic contact drill situations for you, where the normal confusion, noise and communication challenges, of an urban contact, are exacerbated by your inability to physically see your other team members, which changes the entire dynamic of a team contact drill and will definitely, improve your awareness, during a contact – our live firing exercises are as close to the reality of an urban contact, as safety will allow.

We will put you through “messy” hostile environment “judgement” training scenarios, with challenging, role playing characters, where you will be given a threat picture, and a task. Your soft-skills will be tested and you’re not-so-soft-skills will be expected to show themselves at the appropriate times, which will be for you to decide when that is. All our scenarios are based on real situations that our instructors have experienced.

We place a lot of emphasis on scenario-based, “judgement” training, which will assess both your thought and decision making process. We wanna see how you deal with “incidents” in the way that YOU believe they should be dealt with. Our scenarios will reflect whatever country you are deploying to and in whichever function you are deployed as.

You will pre-brief and de-brief your own teams.

We can also Red Team your own teams/units Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) by stress-testing them under both live firing and scenario training, conditions.
